Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Can I choose click & collect?
Yes! We offer a click and collect from our stores - either Christchurch | Ōtautahi or Wellington | Pōneke.
How much is shipping?
The price depends on whether your parcel needs small medium or large packaging options.- DLE (small) parcels - $5.25
- A4 (medium) parcels - $8.50
- Box (large) parcels - $16.75
- Rural delivery adds an extra $2 to the usual shipping cost and generally adds a day onto the shipping time.
What's your usual shipping time across NZ?
We use an overnight service, so usually parcels are delivered in 1-2 working days. However, sometimes there are delays due to inclement weather (especially between islands) or courier issues.
Who do you use for shipping?
For small to medium packages we use NZ POST, and for larger packages we use ARAMEX.
How can I return an item to you?
Usually the local post shop (many dairies have a post service attached) has courier bags and boxes. Please ensure your parcel is either packed in the original packaging, or in something that is similar and supportive of the shape, weight and size of the object.
Where is my item shipped from?
Our main workshop is based in Ōtautahi | Christchurch so many of our orders ship from there. Where a customer is based in the North Island, and our Pōneke | Wellington studio has items in stock, they can also be shipped from that location.
Wherever possible we try to do this to limit our carbon footprint.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Your orders are sent via tracked shipping. When we ship your parcel you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have trouble getting the shipping link to work, please contact us.
We use a signature required courier service. If you have an authority to leave set up with your postie, they may still leave your parcels without a signature. We do not recommend this.
