To keep your mandrel undented always use a nylon or rawhide hammer. If you want to use it for texturing with metal hammers you can protect it with some masking take, or get a second mandrel - one just for texturing!
We have these in two sizes, 4mm - 12mm or 6mm - 12 mm. Both mandrels are 380mm long.
