This super cool metal is either sterling silver bonded with copper, or sterling silver bonded with gilding metal (gilding metal is brass with a slightly higher copper content, it is golden toned like brass). We can also supply 9k yellow gold bonded to sterling silver as a special order - email us to inquire!
With two different colours this sheet lends itself beautifully to twisting, shaping, engraving and folding. It works well for enamels, and really any application you can think of!
The silver ratio is 1/5, so it has a thinner layer of sterling silver.
It comes in a 20mm wide by 80mm piece, and either 0.5, 1mm or 2mm thick.
