A Third Hand is a weighted metal base that has wingnuts and ball bearings to enable it to move in all directions. When you clamp a pair of tweezers in it you can use it to hold your jewellery while you solder, keeping everything in place!
This handy set features the Third Hand and two pairs of cross locking tweezers, straight and curved. Cross locking means unlike regular tweezers, you squeeze them to open them, so they hold your piece tightly without needing to be held shut. The tweezers are 160mm long and have cool grip wooden handles.
You can also purchase the base part by itself and use your own tweezers.
